President American Institute of Ombudsman (ILO), Dr. Carlos Constenla , and, and the Ombudsman of the province Buenos Aires, Dr. Carlos Bonicatto, the organization announced First Joint International Seminar: "The Ombudsman. A tool for strengthening the law and democracy. Bicentenary of a hopeful idea of \u200b\u200bjustice," (see program below) which will take place on 19 and 20 May 2011en the Bar of the City La Plata, located on calle 13 No 821.

Notably, the International Seminar will begin with two conferences Reference by Dr. Carlos Constenla, President of the American Institute of the Ombudsman (ILO) and Prof. Giovanni Lobrano, University of Sassari. Also, will speak prominent individuals associated with the scope of the Ombudsmen Pueblo, international experts and practitioners. PROGRAM
