Caracas, 31 Mar. AVN .- The Office of the Village appropriated to the Commission of Administration and Services of the National Assembly (AN) their observations and recommendations on the draft Law on Real Estate Leasing. This was announced on Thursday the ombudsman, Gabriela Ramirez, on the agenda of this organization, broadcast by Radio Nacional de Venezuela (RNV).
Project law was lifted on 2 March by the Metropolitan Tenants Network to the Venezuelan Parliament more than 400,000 signatures to back it up and then being discussed in public places in the country.
Its purpose is to regulate the cost of rents according to variables such as age and condition of the property, allocate a percentage of homes in the new urbanism to be leased and offer them for sale to their tenants, after 10 years. With the rule also seeks to ensure legal protection to citizens when there is a conflict in real estate law and rule regarding the conservation, unemployment and development contracts on rental housing, among others.
